i say

your breasts are in a birdcage
in your
rib cage
where the birds are captured prisoners
the soul combats for
peace

your head is in a mindset
a vice or a leg trap

a leg trap you say?

a leg trap i say

you bottle your heart
in your mind
and can not walk out the door
fear lives inside the birdcage

acting as a leg trap

your
immobility turns past
anxiousness

open the bird cage
the birds will
leave
your soul will rest

the mind will settle
the leg trap will dissolve

the leg trap?

the
leg
trap.
